Walther Arms Performance Division Member, Jay Beal, Takes 2nd Place at IPSC Nationals

Walther Arms, Inc. congratulates Jay Beal on his successful performance in the production optics division during the recent US IPSC national tournament in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Beal secured second place out of nearly 150 participants.

“I’m extremely happy to take second at the 2023 US IPSC Nationals,” said Jay Beal, Walther Arms Performance Division team member. “I’ve been shooting the PDP for almost 2 years now and enjoying every bit of it. Not only has it been great to shoot, but the reliability is unmatched.”

After joining the Walther Arms Performance Division team in 2022, Beal continues to shoot a Walther PDP 5-inch full size polymer frame pistol with a Trijicon SRO.

“We couldn’t be happier with Jay’s top finish during last weekend’s IPSC national tournament,” said Jens Krogh, vice president of marketing and product development for Walther Arms, Inc. “Our performance division team has been hand selected from some of the best shooters out there, as can be seen from Jay taking second place. We pride ourselves on consistently providing them with excellent, accurate, and dependable handguns, like the PDP, so they can continue to hone their craft and have even more success when they’re competing.”
