With a solid background in devising and executing significant business development strategies, Piver has demonstrated enduring success with previous brands he’s associated with. Bringing 30 years of leadership spanning sales, marketing, management, product design, development, logistics, and brand building, he is a substantial addition to the distinguished Kryptek brand. This appointment underscores Kryptek’s ongoing commitment to augmenting the growth and prominence of its already notable brand.
As COO, Piver aims to bolster the heart and core of the brand by adding more skilled individuals to the already strong and capable Kryptek team, devising and executing new business strategies to enhance global brand recognition through introducing innovative products to both existing and new customer bases, and amplifying Kryptek’s adventure lifestyle presence. Forging new partnerships to broaden and enrich the well-established Kryptek ethos of “Battlefield to Backcountry” should come naturally to Piver, given his esteemed background as a former SERE Instructor in the US military.

After his previous tenure in the hunting and fishing sector, where he had multiple experiences as a guide, outfitter, TV show producer, and product developer, Piver was crucial in propelling the snowmobile product company 509, now a Polaris entity, to industry dominance. During his stint at the renowned distributor, Western Power Sports, he held leadership positions across numerous business segments, playing pivotal roles in the expansion and success of brands like Fly Racing, Highway 21, SP1, among others, and also significantly contributing to the growth of iconic brands such as Bell Helmets.
