Team Winchester and Team White Flyer took on the South Central Regional at Defender Outdoors, in Fort Worth, Texas. The South Central Regional is the last stop on the 2024 NSCA Championship Tour, Powered by Winchester before the season finale takes place this October in San Antonio, Texas at the National Shooting Complex where a new National Champion and Winchester Ladies Cup Champion will be crowned.
With several runner-up and third place finishes in various events, Team Winchester continued its season-long streak of success.
Team Winchester placements included:
- Joe Fanizzi: Junior Main Event – 3rd, FITASC Junior 3rd
- Zach Kienbaum: 5-Stand – Runner Up
- Connor Daniels: Super Sporting – Junior Champion, 5 Stand – Junior Champion
- Desi Edmunds: Super Sporting – Ladies Runner Up, FITASC Ladies – Runner Up,
- Mike Wilgus: Veteran Main Event 3rd
- Kayla Wilgus: Super Sporting – Ladies Champion
The South Central Regional also featured excellent shooting among competitors vying for top honors in the Winchester Ladies Cup standings. Top results included:
- Champion: Karen Miles
- Runner-Up: Kiersten Sales
- 3rd Place: Haylyn Hanks
In addition to solid performances, White Flyer targets and Winchester AA® shotshells were the star of the weekend with over half a million targets thrown and more than 150,000 Winchester AA target loads put to use.
