Brandon Powell led all the field at the South Central Regional NSCA Championship held at Defender Outdoors in Texas finishing on the 8th. Brandon finished with impressive wins in all his events; Winner of the Main HOA, finished as Super Sport Champion and was also the 5-Stand Champion. Out of the 400 targets thrown in those events Brandon only missed 5 with a 196/200 in the Main, a clean 100/100 in Super Sporting, and only dropping one for a 99/100 in the B&P 5-Stand.
The rest of Team Krieghoff was also on fire as Turner Parcel was the Main Event Runner Up just behind Brandon Powell, which also earned him the Junior Champion Title. Just the week before Turner also won the South Carolina State Championship with a solid 197/200!
Gebben Miles continued with strong scores into the Nationals, and finished High Overall in the Winchester FITASC Slam on difficult targets. Karen Miles was also smoking her targets and won the FITASC Ladies Grand Slam Champion to join Gebben in a FITASC Grand Slam Championship Men’s/Ladies sweep. Karen wasn’t done until she finished with winning the Main Event Ladies Championship, as well the High Over All in Ladies Winchester Cup!
