The continued growth of RISE Armament has generated the need for an individual to spearhead the expansion of RISE firearms, which currently includes the Watchman and 1121XR rifle lines. With more than 15 years of firearms industry experience, Smalley is an excellent addition to oversee the future growth and direction for RISE firearms.

Along with being a lifelong firearms enthusiast and self-described adventure geek, Smalley has experience in team building, operations, lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and new product development.
