This pinnacle synthetic insulation jacket is designed for ambitious activities in extreme winter conditions. Filled with PrimaLoft® ThermoPlume®+ synthetic insulation, the Cirrus Ultra Hoody offers exceptional warmth and comfort in a compact package, making it ideal for winter mountaineering, ski touring, and ice climbing.
Over four decades, Rab has honed their reputation as Masters of Insulation. The Cirrus Ultra Hoody pushes the boundaries of technical performance gear once again. As Rab’s lightest and warmest loose-fill synthetic jacket to date, it closely mimics down’s lofting properties while effectively managing damp, cold weather. Equipped with Rab’s heat-reflective TILT technology and body-mapped insulation, it provides instant warmth and comfort in any environment.
PrimaLoft® ThermoPlume®+ is made from 100% post-consumer recycled material and has a patented structure that utilizes fiber balls and plumes to create an insulation that’s soft, feather-like, and imitates the feel of down. The synthetic fiber balls work in tandem with the plumes to form a unified structure that creates a scaffolding effect, delivering a resilient loft that resists clumping, even after washing.
