Brothers will oversee all marketing functions of NEXTORCH in North America with a direct focus on developing an extensive channel marketing program to drive consumer awareness at the dealer level. On the sales side, he will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing the company’s overall sales strategy in the North American market.
Prior to joining NEXTORCH, Brothers has spent the last decade in sales and business development roles across many of NEXTORCH’s key markets. Most recently, he spent 5 years with Crescent Sock Company as a National Sales Manager and then Director of Business Development. Prior to that he was a Channel Sales Manager for Outdoor Edge Knives, pioneering their sales into the hardware market.
