Masters of the Air, a new World War II miniseries from the team behind Band of Brothers, is coming soon!

Exciting news! “Masters of the Air,” a new World War II show, is coming soon. It’s made by the folks who brought you “Band of Brothers.” That means Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, and Gary Goetzman are teaming up again to create something special.

You’ll get to watch this amazing show on Apple TV+ starting January 26, 2024. On the first day, you’ll get two episodes right away! After that, every week there will be a new episode, finishing up on March 15.

“Masters of the Air” is a powerful salute to some real heroes: the brave men of the 8th Air Force. During World War II, these soldiers showed courage and brotherhood to defeat the Nazis. The show promises to bring their extraordinary stories to life, making history feel real and exciting.

This series isn’t make-believe; it’s based on a book by Donald L. Miller, which tells the true story of the 100th Bombardment Group, also known as the Bloody Hundredth. You’ll get to see the dangerous and daring missions they flew during the war, all dramatized for the screen.

You’re in for a treat with the cast, too! Talented actors like Austin Butler, Barry Keoghan, Callum Turner, Anthony Boyle, and Sam Hazeldine, plus many more, will bring the young soldiers of the Bloody Hundredth to life. Their performances promise to be emotional and unforgettable.

Though “Masters of the Air” will be on Apple TV+ (not HBO like Band of Brothers), it’s set to be just as memorable and impactful with Spielberg, Hanks, and Goetzman at the helm. They, along with an outstanding cast, will retell the Bloody Hundredth’s history with emotion and intensity. Get ready for a roller-coaster of feelings and an epic journey through history when it premieres next year!
