The performance has exceeded expectations. The top speed is now about 27 mph, and even with 9 people aboard it goes 24 mph.
Beyond the performance, the feel of the boat as it crosses the waves is smooth, with much of the boat lifted out of the water by its foil assist.
Its range allows for a great day on the water, with proven ability to do a 40 mile, 3.5 hour outing at a normal mix of boating speeds.
Powered by GM’s® automotive battery pack and single or twin Pure Outboard motors, this fully integrated electric boat accommodates up to 10 passengers.
Pricing starts at $75,000 for the single outboard model and $95,000 for the twin outboard model.
