Celerant Technology, the #1 provider of retail software for the sportsman industry, is excited to announce a partnership with Gunarama Wholesale, a leading distributor of hunting, fishing and camping products. Through the integration, independent dealers can streamline their ordering process and carry more products both in-store and online with less effort.
“As a family owned and operated shooting sports and tackle distributor, we are extremely excited to partner with Celerant,” stated Jeff McGowan, President of Gunarama Wholesale Inc. “Integrating with Celerant was an easy decision as they are not only the industry’s leading retail point of sale provider, they made the entire integration process streamlined and simple. Now dealers anywhere can import our inventory catalog, access our live data feeds, streamline their reordering, as well as manage inventory all in one place. This partnership will not only help our company reach a new customer base and grow, but gives dealers of all sizes the tools and technology to help their business do the same.”
Importing Gunarama’s products
Gunarama offers their dealers a product catalog of over 30,000 items related to hunting, fishing, camping and law enforcement. Through Celerant’s integration with Gunarama, dealers can easily access and import the products they want to sell directly into their Celerant point of sale software. This enables dealers to quickly build their product database, and ensure they have the most current and accurate product data without manually entering data.
Automatically ordering inventory
Through Celerant’s back office software, dealers can easily order inventory directly from Gunarama with electronic purchase orders. Dealers can also take it a step further, by automatically reordering inventory based on min/max stock levels for items with high-turnover. When inventory is low, Celerant’s retail software can automatically create and send purchase orders to Gunarama to help dealers replenish stock when they need it; reducing overstocks and out-of-stocks. In addition, firearm dealers can maintain compliance by syncing their inventory data with Celerant’s integrated bound book, or with Celerant’s integrations to 3rd-party A&D software providers.
“At Celerant, we have supported the outdoor retail industry for over 20 years by providing dealers with the technology they need to run their entire business operations more successfully, both in-store and online,” stated Ian Goldman, President and CEO of Celerant. “By adding Gunarama Wholesale to our list of distributor integrations, dealers have yet another option to gain easier and faster access to even more products and accurate product data, build their product database by importing catalogs and automate store replenishment. We look forward to this new partnership and helping our shared dealers be more competitive, and grow their business both in-store and online.”
Coming soon, dealers will have the ability to automatically pull and display Gunarama’s online product feeds and images on their Celerant eCommerce website and store kiosks, helping them launch their websites faster and sell more products they might not typically stock.
