Beretta Wins Industry Choice Award for ‘Shotgun of the Year’

Beretta is pleased to announce that the new A300 Ultima Patrol tactical shotgun recently received the Industry Choice Awards ‘Shotgun of the Year’ title. The Industry Choice Awards and Evaluations was developed as a service for the firearms industry to provide free and unbiased feedback from experienced users and potential consumers of their products. This evaluation process occurs with 20 to 30 evaluators with diverse experience in the industry, who run the submitted products to a rigorous testing process in retail and range environments.

Some of the evaluators’ comments included statements such as “excellent home defense platform,” “it would be a serious contender as it comes complete for 3-gun”, and “would be a nice patrol weapon with a light and night sights.” When asked what they liked best about the A300 Ultima Patrol, evaluators commented on its’ “smooth operation,” “larger controls which make it easy to manipulate in a high-stress situation,” “how it shoulders and points,” “ease of loading and the sights with optic mounting options,” and “good grip surfaces.”

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to win this ICA award for Shotgun of the Year. Made in the US, the A300 Ultima Patrol is the ideal home defense shotgun, and we are pleased with the positive response that this new platform has received from consumers and industry experts,” Dina Sanders, Brand Marketing Manager – Tactical, said.

Made in the USA, the A300 Ultima Patrol is easy to manipulate and use when seconds matter, with ample accessory mount options to allow the user to adapt it for use in all situations.
