The new VP will be a ‘Key Man’ with executive responsibilities, and will be the company head in the absence of the company President and the VP of Operations.”
The new VP will personally establish many new accounts with medium-to-large sized silencer dealers in key states like Texas and Pennsylvania, and will perform all of the functions required to rapidly launch a commission sales program. He will build, train, and lead a critical division of a highly profitable boutique firearms accessories company.
The ideal candidate is hungry and dynamic, has an entrepreneur’s resourcefulness, thrives in a digital environment, and inspires sales performance in his team. He is currently an all star performer in a sales leadership role with a leading company. His recent experience includes successfully launching and managing a premium firearms product line and/or recruiting and training a commission sales team. He consistently demonstrates top-level executive behavior and responsibility.
